Alice in Wonderland - Sewing Series Day 8

Today is the last day of the 150th Alice's Adventures in Wonderland sewing celebration with this Alice in Wonderland series! Can I hear a global "Ohh no!.... Already?..."? :)

All good things come to an end, they say. I like to think that is not true for some things in life, but in this case it is... But we still have two more blog posts to share with you today! And then I will be sharing a few other Alice inspired sewing ideas during the week! So, it is not really over yet. :)

Our last guest for this series is Renee from Nearest The Pin blog. Renee is a good blogging friend from Australia - one of the countries I have been dreaming to visit since I was a child! -, and today she is sharing with us a tulle dress inspired by Alice in Wonderland.

I found Renee's blog a long time ago because of all the beautiful things she sews for herself. I love her style. She has a great taste with fabrics and pattern choices. I would wear every single thing.

Renee also sews for her kids and I love all the practical things she makes for them. She is a working mom and I truly admire her for finding the time to sew after a day of work. I don't think I would manage to do it so well...

Read all about this beautiful Alice dress at Nearest The Pin!

Isn't this amazing? Today we get to have a lovely extra post from one of our guests daughter! Falafel and The Bee's daughter was so inspired by the Alice in Wonderland sewing series that she decided to make those "Mad as a Hatter" pants herself!

I hope Michelle's daughter continue sewing along with her. I can't wait to see her future creations! And I really hope my daughters will love sewing as much as she does when they become teenagers. I will make sure to show them this post then for inspiration! :)

Head over Falafel And The Bee to read all about this teen-made pants and see the other Alice inspired things she has made!
